Orders and payments are processed by Shopify, which hosts our checkout. The name, contact details, shipping and billing addresses, and payment information you enter at checkout are collected and processed by Shopify; we never receive or store your full payment card details. Checkout may be completed through Shop Pay, which is also operated by Shopify.

We use Klaviyo, a third-party email platform, to manage our drop list and to record partner programme enquiries. If you join the drop list, we share your email address with Klaviyo. If you submit a partner enquiry, we share the name, email address, brand, website, audience size, and message you provide. Submitting a partner enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email.
