To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• ✦ All original tags must be attached
• ✦ Original packaging must be included
• ✦ Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
• ✦ Items must be free from smoke, pet hair, and other odors

Follow these steps to return your item:

• ✦ Include your order number and reason for return
• ✦ We'll send you a return shipping label
• ✦ Package your item securely with all original materials
• ✦ Drop off the package at the specified carrier

Once we receive your return:

• ✦ We'll notify you that we've received your return
• ✦ We'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
• ✦ If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• ✦ Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

The following items cannot be returned:

• ✦ Items marked as "Final Sale"
• ✦ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• ✦ Items without original tags and packaging
• ✦ Gift cards
